Hello! I'm Maddie the founder of Assisted by Maddie LLC. With years of experience in executive support and organizational excellence, I bring a unique blend of professionalism and personal touch to every client relationship.

I started this business because I saw how many talented, successful people were overwhelmed trying to juggle everything on their own. They had the vision, but not the time and that's where I come in.

I've helped all kinds of people stay organized and on track. From fitness coaches building their client base, to artists balancing creative projects, to business owners managing multiple ventures at once. My job is to make sure things run smoothly behind the scenes so my clients can focus on what they do best.

Over time, I've built up experience in operations management, client outreach, scheduling, system organization, and project coordination all while learning how to adapt to each person's flow and make their days easier.

I'm big on structure, but I also care about energy creating a system that feels good to use. Because success shouldn't come with burnout attached.
